Member Guidelines & Consent Notice
Before joining the MedLipi International Advisory Board (MIAB), members are kindly requested to review and agree to the following expectations and confidentiality terms.
🔒 1. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
By joining MIAB, members agree that:
- All documents, dashboards, discussions, clinical workflows, and technical information shared by Tech Adaptive Pandit Pty Ltd (MedLipi) will remain strictly confidential.
- No material, data, screenshots, patient samples, or platform insights may be shared with any third party without written permission from the MedLipi leadership team.
- Advisory board insights must be used only for the improvement of MedLipi.
🚫 2. Restricted Access to Demo Credentials
Members agree that:
- Demo login and password must not be shared with any other individual, team, or institution.
- Access is for evaluation only, not for redistribution, teaching, or parallel development.
📧 3. Email & Communication Privacy
- Your registered email will be used only for direct MedLipi communication.
- We do not share, sell, or circulate email addresses to any external party.
🤝 4. Voluntary & Honorary Membership
- MIAB membership is purely voluntary and non-paid.
- Members join to contribute expertise, clinical insight, and scientific guidance.
- There is no monetary compensation for advisory participation.
- In future, when MedLipi scales commercially, advisory members will be considered for honorary recognition, speaking roles, research collaborations, joint publications, and institutional partnerships, depending on contribution.
🌍 5. Role of Advisory Board Members
By joining MIAB, members support MedLipi’s mission to:
- Ensure clinical accuracy
- Strengthen safety, compliance, and ethics
- Improve generative AI and biomedical workflows
- Guide real-world hospital integration
- Advise on international standards (HIPAA, GDPR, WHO frameworks)
Members are not legally liable for operational decisions of the MedLipi team.
