How to Save as PDF for Printing

Press Ctrl + P on Windows or Cmd + P on a Mac to open the print dialog.

In the 'Destination' or 'Printer' field, select "Save as PDF".

Under "More settings," find and check the box for "Background graphics" to ensure colors and the QR code are included.

Click the "Save" button to download the business card as a PDF file, ready for printing.
